Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、誘電泳動集積法で作製したカーボンナノチューブ（CNT）をチャンネルとする電界効果型トランジスタ(CNT-FET)の応用技術として 、高感度かつ迅速なDNA検出技術を開発する。この技術は新型コロナウイルス感染症パンデミックの抑止策の一助となり得る。誘電泳動集積法のメリットを活かし、電極の形状や材質を最適化することで、両極性CNT-FETは既に開発済みである。本課題ではこの両極性CNT-FETの伝導機構 解明と併行して、CNT表面へのDNA結合によって誘起される両極性CNT-FETの伝導特性変化を利用した高感度かつ迅速なウイルスDNA検出技術への応用展開を行う。
