Outline of Research at the Start

高エネルギークラスター衝撃イオン化等、固体試料を高い再現性で高強度イオン化ができるという特徴を持つイオン化技術と、投影型イメージング質量分析器による高効率なイメージング質量分析技術を融合させることにより、固体試料中の微小領域における物質分布の高精度で高感度な可視化を可能とする「高精度・高感度顕微イメージング質量分析」技術を開発する。
