Outline of Research at the Start

環境中や生体・食品から揮発するガスは経時的に変動する数百種以上の分子群で構成され，従来の異種感応材料からなるセンサアレイでは大規模集積化や信頼性の観点から実現される識別能に限界がある．本研究は，高密度集積化可能でロバストなセンサアレイの分子識別能を動的に再構成し，実サンプル分子群の変動に適応した化学センシングを実現する．金属酸化物表面－分子間反応性の温度特性が分子種ごとに異なることに着目し，ナノ電子デバイスのジュール自己加熱による局所温度制御により従来技術では不可能な分子認識能の再構成機能を実現する．
