Outline of Research at the Start

社会の脱炭素化は、気候変動を抑制できる一方で、一定の社会費用とエネルギー・食料価格の上昇を伴い、貧困層への悪影響も懸念される。途上国にとっては貧困・飢餓・エネルギー貧困撲滅といった開発問題は脱炭素と並び主要な社会問題であるが、どのようにこれらの開発目標を達成しつつ温室効果ガス(GHG)排出ゼロを同時に達成するかは未知である。そこで、本研究はゼロエミッション目標と貧困・飢餓・エネルギー貧困撲滅を達成する道筋を示すことを目的とする。その具体像を示すために、全世界180か国の家庭の所得階層別・財別の消費量を金銭的・物的に表現できるモデルを開発する。
