Outline of Research at the Start

長年問題となってる水道での藍藻類が産生するカビ臭による異臭味問題について、その対策の一つとして水源監視が挙げられる。本研究テーマ では、より正確にカビ臭産生藍藻類を監視可能とするために、その特徴を形態ならびに遺伝子情報の観点から明らかにし、近年発展している自動画像判別や次世代シーケンサーによるDNA配列情報取得技術と組み合わせることで、カビ臭産生藍藻類の次世代監視技術としての可能性を追 求する。
