Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、COVID-19におけるエアロゾル感染対策の重要性を背景とし、室内温湿度環境が感染性エアロゾル拡散へ与える影響を解明する。また、空調消費エネルギーに配慮した室内温熱環境の至適範囲を明らかにする。
具体的には、1)模擬咳発生装置による様々なエアロゾル発生状況の再現、2)エアロゾル粒径分布・総量変化の高精度な測定、3)3次元PIVによるエアロゾルの拡散速度、拡散半径の把握、4)温湿度影響拡散モデルの開発と室内温湿度の至適範囲の検討の4つの研究項目を進めることにより、感染性エアロゾル拡散に関する室内温湿度影響の解明と感染リスク低減・省エネを両立する空調運用の実現へと繋げる。
