Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、住宅産業をストック型へ転換するにあたり、実効性のある制度設計のあり方を考察するものである。これまでの法制度では、長期の利用に耐える厳しい基準を定め、高品質の住宅供給を促してきた。一方で工務店は地域の実情に合わせた仕様で木造住宅を供給し、かつ適切な維持保全を顧客とともに実行しており、長期利用されている事例が全国に多く存在することに寄与している。
そこで、木造住宅を対象として、従来の全国一律で基準を適用するトップダウン型の制度を補完するため、主に工務店の実績を踏まえて作成した基準を併用するボトムアップ型の制度のあり方を考察する。
