Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、東南アジアにおける歴史的環境の継承に向けた計画論を検討することを目的とし、復興＋観光、居住環境改善、復興＋地域活性化のプロジェクトが進む地区をインドネシア・カンボジアから選定し現地調査を継続的に実施しつつ、シンガポールやマレーシアの先進事例が示す保存・継承の方法論に対する考察を交えながら、東南アジアの歴史的環境における独自の緩やかな保全・継承の方法論を検討する。
多様な分野の研究者が参加する学際的研究であり、現地の研究者・自治体等の綿密な連携のもと行うアクションリサーチである。
