Outline of Research at the Start

船舶や海洋構造物に代表される大型鋼構造物が実際に晒される複雑な変動荷重履歴下における疲労亀裂の成長履歴を，従来の応力拡大係数範囲（ΔK値）を指標とする破壊力学的手法に替えて，通常の弾塑性応力解析の結果より得られる亀裂先端近傍の両振り塑性仕事やこの領域長さを指標として推定する手法の確立を目的とする．
このため，［1］DIC法を用いた疲労亀裂先端近傍の両振り塑性挙動の観察，［2］亀裂先端近傍の両振り塑性域を指標とする疲労亀裂伝播則の構築，［3］新しい疲労亀裂伝播則に及ぼす諸因子影響の検討，［4］両振り塑性挙動を考慮して疲労被害度Dに物理的な意味付けを与えることの検討，等を実施する．
