Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、水素製造プラントのスマート安全管理システムの構築に向け、CO2を排出せずに大量の水素を製造できるメタン熱分解水素製造装置に注目し、サイバーフィジカル・リスクマネジメントシステムの実現可能性を評価する。
まずは、低次元代替物理モデルを構築し、「フィジカル空間(実験)での反応炉の点計測データ」からリアルタイムに「サイバー空間(仮想空間)に実反応炉の双子(温度、速度、水素濃度等の3次元場)を生成」する。さらに実験により得られる「安全状態の温度、速度、水素濃度等のデータセット」に対して統計的異常検知法を用いる。以上の手順で危険を検知するシステムを構築し、精度や発展性を評価検討する。
