Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、屋外環境における非接触安全センサのディペンダビリティ、具体的には、環境条件によってセンサが機能を喪失する一年あたりの累積時間を評価する手法の確立である。暴風雨や濃霧等の極限状態を含む局所的な気象現象観測データを、複数の異なるセンサによる物体検出結果とともに蓄積し、それらの分析結果をもとに、各センサの機能喪失をもたらす気象条件を明らかにする。さらに、ラボラトリテストで評価できるセンサ性能に対して、気象庁等による全国各地の気象観測データを参照することで、フィールドテストを実施すること無く、そのセンサが機能を喪失する時間を推定できることを実証する。
