Outline of Research at the Start

水分による構造用接着剤－金属間の接着力低下問題を，接着剤内部および接着界面でのプロトン化の視点から，シミュレーションと分光測定との併用により解明する．基本とする接着の対象系は，接着剤としてアミン硬化型エポキシ樹脂，また被着基板として自然酸化皮膜を有するアルミニウムとする．実験ではアルミニウムの酸化被膜にSi等を添加することで接着性能が向上するが，本研究ではそのメカニズムを，樹脂内や被着材表面で部分的なプロトン化の可能性に注目して，シミュレーション及び実験計測の連携により明らかにする．
