Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では熱力学に基づいて相平衡を制御し、A-B前駆合金から一部のB成分をC溶湯に溶出させてA-B合金のポーラス体を作製する新技術“部分脱成分”の確立を目的とする。部分脱成分は金属溶湯脱成分の適用範囲を拡大し、従来技術では成し得なかったNi合金、Cu合金、オーステナイト系ステンレス鋼、fcc型ハイエントロピー合金等のナノポーラス化を可能とする。この技術を用いて水素発生電気化学反応触媒として期待される合金をナノポーラス化し、卓越した性能を発揮する触媒材料を創出する。
