Outline of Research at the Start

金属3Dプリントでは，形状設計自由度の高さに加えて，ビーム出力やビーム走査速度などのプロセス条件の制御による材料組織の制御も可能である.しかしながら，現状では組織制御の可能範囲は広くなく，単一材料では単結晶組織と超微細粒組織が両立できていない.本研究では，溶融条件も含めた新規組織制御ストラテジー実用化の際に重要となる学理構築を目的として，金属3Dプリントプロセスにおける結晶化の原子レベルでの本質的な解明を行い，それを人為的に制御する方法を確立・体系化しつつ，単結晶化と超微細粒化が容易に制御可能な金属3Dプリント用の新規Al合金の開発を行う.
