スキルミオンの安定的な生成・駆動のボトルネックとなっていたスピン立体配置の人為的な制御を、研究代表者らの精緻なナノ立体空間加工・造形技術で実現し、スキルミオンの特性を決める位相幾何学的な支配因子と磁気的相互作用を結ぶ学理を構築し、堅牢性と安定性を両立したスキルミオンを情報担体としたメモリデバイス機能へと展開します。
