Outline of Research at the Start

分子の配座や分子間の位置関係、集積数を意のままに制御できれば、意図する反応を意図する位置・立体で選択的に進行させること、望みの形状の構造体を作り出すことができる。本研究では、金属イオンとパネル状有機配位子から成るイオン性中空ホストの空孔と、ホスト開口部に特異的に相互作用する機能性蓋状対イオンを協働させることで、基質の空間閉じ込めにより制御された配座や配置を起点としたナノメートルスケールの新たな物質合成手法を開拓する。
