Outline of Research at the Start

研究実施者は、カドミウムを使用しない新たなタイプの多成分系量子ドットの高性能化を達成し、材料の実用化に向けた努力を続けている。本研究課題では、種となるナノ粒子に、原子を順番に添加する新しいコンセプトによる多成分ナノ粒子合成に挑戦し、高い光学特性と産業レベルのスケーラブル反応の両立を目指す。さらに、青から赤までの可視光全域にわたる発光を実現し、その成果を基に、高性能エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスの開発を行う。
