Outline of Research at the Start

シリコン量子ドット中の電子スピン状態を利用したシリコンスピン量子ビットは、量子コンピュータへの応用に向けて、長いコヒーレンス時間、高忠実度の量子操作、量子非破壊測定など、優れた基本性能が実証されてきた。さらに、シリコンスピン量子ビットは、高密度に集積でき大規模化に有利とされる。本研究では、高密度な量子ビット集積によって増大することが予想される、量子ビット間のエラー相関に着目する。シリコンスピン量子ビットのエラーを引き起こす位相雑音の交差相関計測技術を確立して、エラー耐性の獲得に影響を及ぼしうるシリコンスピン量子ビットのエラー相関の解明を目指す。
