Outline of Research at the Start

マウス卵子、及び胚培養液に含まれるリン酸ラマンバンドから、それぞれのpHを非破壊、非接触、非侵襲的に求める手法を開発する。リン酸を含む水溶液のリン酸ラマンバンドから、pHの定量モデルを構築し、胚培養液に当てはめてpHを予測できるか検証する。また、マウス卵子のpHを蛍光染色により求め、マウス卵子成熟に伴うpH変化の傾向を評価する。
