Outline of Research at the Start

近赤外分光法は生体関連物質との相性がよく，リアルタイム計測手法にふさわしい．しかし原理の理解が不十分なため信頼性が求められる分野への進展が滞っている．本研究では酵母細胞をベースに，糖代謝や呼吸などキネティクスが明らかな代謝反応過程のスペクトル計測を行い，近赤外分析の背後で動作する検量モデルの波長特性を説明する．また時系列データを多変量解析によって分解し，既知の反応時定数等と比較することで各要素の同定を進める．さらに定量NMR測定や代謝流束均衡解析，候補となる化合物の量子化学計算等により，これまで未知であった近赤外スペクトルの類型分離と各吸収ピークの帰属を実現する．
