Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、フラストレート液晶の自己組織化構造形成と、二次元・三次元トポロジカル・フラストレーション・デザインとを融合させることによりシステム機能発現に必要な秩序構造の創成を目指す。具体的には、（1）キラル導入により階層的三次元高次構造を形成するコレステリックブルー相、（2）巨視的な分極を有する強誘電性液晶などを局所パターン光配向させることにより生成される三次元トポロジカル誘電ネットワークとフラストレーション・デザインとを融合させる。
