Outline of Research at the Start	アルツハイマー病発症機構において何故アミロイド蓄積がタウ病理をひきおこすのか不明である。本研究では、Aβ蓄積依存的にタウ病理を再現するマウスモデルを用いてそのメカニズムを解明することが目的である。これによって、アルツハイマー病を予防・治療するための新たな標的が見いだされる。本研究の最終目的は「アルツハイマー病のない世界を創る」ことである。
