Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではタンパク質工学と有機合成化学を巧みに連携させることで、「タンパク質」と「合成低分子」の２つの構成要素から成る高性能の化学遺伝学蛍光センサーを創成する。その標的としては、金属イオンや細胞内低分子代謝物を複数選択する。さらに、開発した蛍光センサーを別の化学遺伝学センサーあるいは既存の遺伝子コード型センサーと併用し、生きている細胞を使った多色・多標的イメージングを実現する。
