本申請課題では、機能プロテオミクスを複合的に実施することで、早老症モデル細胞の核膜タンパク質の構造的および機能的な情報を取得する
。さらに、核膜異常が及ぼすクロマチン機能への影響を明らかにすることで、早老症で生じる核構造の異常が与える細胞核機能への影響の分子
論的理解を目指す。
