Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、免疫細胞を可視化できるKikGRマウスを用いて乳酸菌経口投与による回腸と結腸間でTregの移行を明らかにし、クロストークによる炎症抑制機構をあきらかいにする。さらに、Toll like receptor 2のリガンドであるリポタイコ酸に着目し、活性維持に起因するリポタイコ酸を同定する。これらの結果から、IBD抑制効果が期待できる新規乳酸菌探索の足掛かりも創成したい。
