Outline of Research at the Start

2023年度では,新たに開発したオノエヤナギシュートを用いた水耕栽培法を確立した。次にこのヤナギシュートの栽培技術技術を用いて作成したヤナギサンプルに,水の安定同位体を根から取り込ませることで,従来困難であった木部の通水経路における非破壊状態での水の移動様式を根から葉までの個体全体で解析する技術を確立した。さらに確立した手法に関する論文を国際誌に投稿し受理された。
