Outline of Research at the Start

細菌との相互作用を利用した、遺伝子組換えに置き換わる新たな白色腐朽菌機能の制御技術を提案するべく、これまでに開発した複数の「木材腐朽活性が向上した白色腐朽菌－細菌複合微生物系」を基にして、まず、菌叢構造を変動させた二次複合微生物系を多種作出し、解析する事で白色腐朽菌機能に強く影響を与える細菌を選抜し、それら細菌との相互作用機構を解明する。次いで、明らかとなった相互作用機構を基にして選抜細菌および白色腐朽菌を用い複合微生物系を再構築し、白色腐朽菌機能を微生物環相互作用により制御する技術の開発を試みる。
