Outline of Research at the Start

輸送体は、脂質膜を越えた物質輸送のために必須なプロセスを担う。本研究では、複数の輸送体ファミリーを標的として、クライオ電子顕微鏡による構造解析と、構造をもとにした機能解析から、輸送体が脂質膜とどのような相互作用をして機能的にはたらくのか、その動的な挙動を含めて明らかにする。
