Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、中分子ペプチド創薬に有用なアルケン型ペプチド結合等価体（ADI）を基盤とする創薬研究を推進する。具体的には、アルケン上に種々の置換基を有するADIを創薬テンプレートとなるペプチド二次構造に適用し、各等価体の二次構造を誘起・安定化する能力を解明し、それらの知見を最大限活用することで、B型肝炎やアミロイドーシスの創薬に資するペプチドミメティックを創出する研究課題である。
