Outline of Research at the Start

中員環化合物、ヘテロ環状化合物、多環式化合物および含ケイ素化合物は有機合成化学・医薬化学の研究領域において重要である。 本申請研究では、従来法では合成が困難な中員環シラサイクル I、光学活性中員環シラサイクル II、中員環アザシラサイクル III 、中員環オキソシラサイクル IVおよび多環式シラサイクル Vを新たなスキャフォードとして捉え、これらの新規合成法を開拓する。また、合成したこれらシラサイクル類(I - V)を用いて、医薬化学研究を展開する。
