Outline of Research at the Start

光で投与制御できる供与剤であるケージド化合物は、さまざまな生命シグナルの制御に有効であり治療研究への応用も期待される。本研究では、申請者が世界に先駆けて開発に成功したケージドNOを基に、動物実験に適した高度化を行うことで基礎研究および疾患治療研究に応用し、これをモデルケースとして、多様な生体シグナル分子のケージド化合物開発とその動物モデルへの応用を行う。
