Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、申請者らが新たに発見したイオンチャネルの修飾サブユニットの作動機構と生理機能を、発現系を用いた電気生理と光生理解析、魚類を用いた遺伝学解析、生物由来の精製タンパク質を用いた質量分析と構造解析を用いて解明し、修飾サブユニットによるイオンチャネル機能調節の多様性を理解することを目的に実施する。
