Outline of Research at the Start

我々は、HCV患者におけるMac-2 binding protein（M2BP）の糖鎖異性体（M2BPGi）は、肝線維化マーカーとなることを発見し、国内外の臨床研究から、肝がんリスク指標への可能性を見出してきた。一方、線維化と癌化に伴うM2BP上の糖鎖変化の違いが不明であり、M2BP分子機能の本質であるMac-2への相互作用への影響は未知である。本研究は、発癌前後のシリーズ検体を対象に、血清中のM2BP糖鎖変化等を時系列解析する。M2BPを糖鎖の違いでサブタイプ化後、それらの生合成メカニズムを解明する。さらに、機能上注目すべきサブタイプのMac-2間相互作用解析をし、存在の本質を探究する。
