Outline of Research at the Start

BCL2-IGH転座陽性リンパ腫には、低悪性度の濾胞性リンパ腫や中～高悪性のびまん性大細胞リンパ腫をはじめ、潜在性の病型や、高悪性度・難治性のダブルヒットリンパ腫など多様な病型が含まれる。これらは同一患者内で異時性・同時性に併存することがあり、クローン進化のモデル病態と言える。また、胚中心B細胞形質、BCL2転座の存在という強い共通性があるにもかかわらず、同一病型であっても、症例間にはさらに多様性が認められる。BCL2関連B細胞リンパ腫におけるこうした症例内、症例間の多様性に関して、とくに前者は複数回の生検が行われた例に対して、シークエンス、分子病理学的手法により解析する。
