Outline of Research at the Start

病原性真菌の細胞壁多糖合成系は抗真菌薬の標的となり、多糖は真菌感染症の診断バイオマーカーとしても利用されるため、真菌多糖の構造情報の取得は感染制御に繋がる。本研究では、糖質加水分解酵素の機能改変によって多糖に特異的に結合する人工タンパク質プローブを多数開発し、これらを組み合わせた多糖構造の網羅的プロファイリング技術の創出を目指す。
