Outline of Research at the Start

従来T 細胞はT 細胞上の抗原受容体（TCR）で標的細胞上の主要組織適合遺伝子複合体（MHC）分子に提示された抗原ペプチドを認識し活性化される。それに対し、我々は、1 個のT 細胞上でTCR とその抗原ペプチド/MHC分子 複合体が相互作用しT 細胞が活性化することを示し、それをcis 相互作用と命名した。本研究では抗原未知の標的細胞反応性TCRの抗原を、TCRと抗原ペプチド/MHC分子複合体のcis相互作用を用いて簡便に同定する方法を開発する。
