Outline of Research at the Start

血栓症は世界的な克服すべき病態である．血小板の活性化は血栓症の発症プロセスにおいて重要な役割を担っており，その詳細な解析は血栓症の発症リスク評価，的確な治療法選択につながる可能性がある．我々は生体内の血小板凝集塊を正確に測定する技術開発に着目し，新しい着眼点の血小板活性化識別法を開発した．本解析系は鋭敏に生体内の血小板活性を捉えることが可能であり，新しい知見を得ている．本研究では，この解析系で血栓性疾患患者の生体内の血小板活性化を検出し，血栓症の病態解析および革新的血栓症診断法の確立を目指す．
