Outline of Research at the Start

初代培養細胞や患者由来iPS細胞を用いてnecroptosis関連タンパク質の解析を行う。特に細胞体と軸索を分離し局所による相違を検討する。
脳内細胞の種類による差を明確にするため、single cell RNA-seqによる解析を行い、炎症・necroptosis・軸索再生に関わる分子を解析する。
並行して患者検体を用いて病理学的検討を行う。
その後モデル細胞を用いた薬剤スクリーニングを行い、有効なものをモデル動物において検討する。
