Outline of Research at the Start

超偏極-核磁気共鳴代謝イメージング (HP-MRMI) は、超偏極状態へと誘導した代謝分子プローブを生体内へ投与し、数万倍に超高感度化された MR 信号を足がかりに代謝反応を描出することが可能な量子操作技術である。本研究では、HP-MRMI を応用し、がん放射線化学療法における多次元代謝診断の応用開発を推進する。これにより、予防から超早期診断、治療効果判定、再発、転移、寛解までを視野に入れた、代謝診断治療としての可能性を検証し、その開発基盤の構築を目指す。
