生体内で全身投与された後に腫瘍組織に集積する性質をもつ間葉系間質細胞（Mesenchymal Stromal Cell; MSC）を応用し、治療用核酸、腫瘍溶解性ウイルス製剤を搭載したMSCの開発と、治療への応用を行う。
