Outline of Research at the Start

これまでに間葉系幹細胞を用いた再生医療による臨床応用を行ってきた経験を最大限に生かし、リバーストランスレーショナルリサーチにより、顕在化した課題を抽出した。その結果、細胞源、細胞、細胞培養、足場材に関することなど解決することが望ましい課題も見えてきた。そこで、汎用性の高い“細胞”モダリティの実現に向け、骨再生・細胞移植に最適な細胞の創製と同時にセルパッケージングマトリックスによるready-to-useな革新的移植法の確立、実用化を目指す。
