Outline of Research at the Start

本研究で明らかにしたい事柄は下記の筋内腱発生機序である。
Phase1: 筋芽細胞もしくは筋線維芽細胞が筋内腱相当部位に遊走し分化する。
Phase2: 耳下腺管周囲の細胞や骨膜細胞が、“筋内腱”を構築する。
上記の2つの筋内腱発生のPhaseを明らかにするために、ライブイメージングや細胞系譜解析にて、細胞がどのようにふるまい筋内腱を形成するのかを効率的に調べる。
