Outline of Research at the Start

生活習慣病による疾病負荷は低中所得国において増大している。[mHealth]（携帯電話を使用し疾病管理や予防を行う）と地域保健ボランティア（CHW）の支援によりセルフケア行動と服薬順守を改善し、患者の健康状態と疾病管理、地域の疾病対処機能を改善するための地域包括mHealthケアシステム（ComHIC）を開発した。タンザニアの農村県において社会実装研究を完遂し、①高血圧・糖尿病患者の疾病管理への有効性、②地域の健康推進機能の向上にもたらす効果、③ComHIC介入の持続可能性、維持費用、適切性、忠実度を分析する実装プロセス評価、④タンザニア全国に普及し実装を拡大するための推進条件を検証する。
