Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題の核心をなす学術的「問い」は、（１）救急搬送体制の改善が医療体制に与える効果、（２） 医療提供体制の再編が救急搬送に与える効果、の双方を踏まえ、整合的な政策をどう示すかである。実証研究の対象として新潟県の所有する長期（１０年間）の個票記録を観察し、全国の地域保健医療計画に資する知見とする計画である。
