Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の概要は、地域ゲノムコホートを対象とし、(1) 各人が生涯にわたり曝露される生活・環境因子の総体であるエクスポソーム（exposome）の観点から、多層オミックス統合解析に基づく非遺伝要因を集約したリスクスコア（エクスポソームワイド・リスクスコア [exposome-wide risk score: ERS]）の構築方法についての研究、(2) 遺伝要因についての集約リスクスコア（ゲノムワイド多遺伝子リスクスコア）とERSとの統合解析法の開発ならびに両者の統合モデルに基づく疾病発症予測能評価に取り組み、新規リスクモデルの提案を通じて、生活習慣病の新たな治療・予防法の開発を行う研究である。
