Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、少数項目による高頻度の調査であるパルスサーベイを用いた労働者のメンタルヘルス対策の手法を確立するために基礎研究から発展研究までの一連の研究を行う。質問票によるパルスサーベイの基礎技術（最適な項目数や頻度、信頼性、妥当性、解釈可能性の評価方法）を確立する。顔画像、音声、神経心理学テストを組み合わせた拡張パルスサーベイを構築し、労働者のメンタルヘルス不調を精度よく予測できるか検証する。パルスサーベイによるセルフモニタリングが労働者の心理的ストレスを軽減するかどうかをランダム化比較試験で検証する。パルスサーベイの情報を利用し職業性ストレスのシミュレーションモデルを開発する。
