Outline of Research at the Start

看護職が健康で働き続けられる勤務環境の確立への対策の1つとして、日本看護協会は「勤務拘束時間13時間以内」を提案しているが、現状では2交代制（夜勤16時間以上）の病院は全体の約6割を占めている。しかし、勤務形態やライフイベントが看護職の健康や就業意欲などにどのような影響をもたらすかを施設内外で経時的に比較できるデータベースはない。また、流産、切迫早産などのリスクが高い、妊婦看護職に特化したデータベースもない。以上より、本研究の目的は、看護職の離職予防と就業意欲向上を目指す看護管理データベースを構築し、各施設への分析還元できるシステムを利活用する有効性を検討することである。
