Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、急性期病院における患者および看護師アウトカムに対して、看護師配置状況がどのように影響するかについて明らかにする。具体的には、①患者のアウトカムも含めた患者属性に関する情報、②診療内容等に関する情報、③看護師配置状況に関する情報、④看護師アウトカムに関する情報を収集し、患者特性や診療内容等の影響を考慮した上で看護師配置状況の影響を検討する。
