Outline of Research at the Start

術後に生じる外科的糖尿病において、医師と連携して行う看護師の周術期血糖管理は非常に重要である。近年、周術期血糖管理では高血糖や低血糖だけでなく、血糖値のばらつきも予後やQOLに影響をおよぼすため、その管理も大切であることが示されている。しかし、時間や労力の面から、看護師が持続的に血糖値を測定し、インスリン投与量を適宜調節することは困難で、血糖値変動を抑えることができていない現状にある。そこで本研究は、従来の血糖コントロール方法と比較し、人工膵臓を使用した血糖管理方法が周術期の血糖管理だけでなく、周術期看護ケアにおよぼす影響も含め、包括的に評価することとした。
