Outline of Research at the Start

病院外で乳児の心肺停止傷病者を発見した場合，「家族」を含めた市民救助者による胸骨圧迫と人工呼吸が適切に行われることで大きな救命効果が期待される．本研究では，従来の胸骨圧迫手法（2本指法と両母指法）に加えて、「新たな胸骨圧迫手法」を創出し，その検証をマネキンによる検証だけではなく，手指モーションキャプチャ（MCap）と筋電図および動物実験（ウサギ心停止モデル）により多角的に効果と実践性を解明する．市民救助者が行うより効果的な胸骨圧迫手法を確立し，病院外で発生した乳児心肺停止傷病者の生命予後の改善を目指す．
